By accessing and using the Bridge City Church Events App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

The Events App is a platform for members of Bridge City Church to sign up for prayer time slots and receive reminders about their scheduled prayer times.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to the following:

  • You consent to receive text messages from Bridge City Church
  • Message frequency varies based on your prayer reservations
  • Standard message and data rates may apply
  • You may opt out at any time by texting STOP or using our opt-out form
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. Prayer Reservations

When you sign up for a prayer slot, you are making a commitment to pray during that time. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment, please cancel your reservation to allow others to sign up.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' use of the service
  • Provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Events App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Bridge City Church and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bridge City Church shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
